STEP 1) MEET & CONNECT

First, we'll will set up a meeting to get acquainted, talk about your goals, and walk through your home. I’ll assess the property and give you suggestions rooted in more than a decade of experience working with sellers. I’ll explain my process beginning to end and answer any questions.

 

STEP2) VALUATION & PREPERATION

I'll dive right in and conduct a detailed in-depth market analysis to give you an estimated fair market value. Next, I'll guide you through the to-do list to prepare for listing. I’ll help prioritize what to work on first, connect you to resources, and provide complimentary home staging.

STEP 3) LISTING DAY

My goal is to make your listing irresistible and get as many eyes on it as possible. I’ll create  beautiful marketing with high-definition photography & aerial footage. Shared on multiple digital and traditional platforms to capture the broadest audience possible.

STEP 4) CLOSING to SOLD!

The best part—Accepting the perfect offer or having your offer accepted! From here, I’ll handle the details, negotiate in your best interest, make sure contractual deadlines are met, and work with the escrow company & lender to ensure a stress-free closing process, and of course, Celebrate this milestone with you!
